Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are, which ones the Stockrect website at www.stockrect.com uses, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

The Stockrect platform itself (the web application and mobile apps your team signs in to) uses only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. This policy covers the public website.

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Some cookies are essential for a site to work; others remember your choices or measure how the site is used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work in comparable ways, and this policy covers them too.

Strictly necessary

• sr_consent — records that you accepted analytics cookies, so we do not ask again. Set by stockrect.com. Kept for one year.
• WordPress session and security cookies — set only if you sign in to the website administration. Not set for ordinary visitors.

Analytics (only with your consent)

• Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_*) — tells us which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and which pages lead to demo bookings, so we can improve the site. IP addresses are anonymized. Set by Google; the _ga cookie is kept for up to two years. Google’s use of this data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Analytics cookies are set only after you choose ACCEPT AND CLOSE in the cookie notice. Until then no analytics code is loaded.

Some pages embed services from other companies. These load only when you open the page concerned, and they may set their own cookies under their own policies:

• Calendly on the Book a Demo page, used to schedule discovery calls. See calendly.com/privacy.
• Google Maps on the Company page, used to show our office location. See policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts on every page, used to load the site typeface. Google Fonts does not set cookies.

• Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer of any page to withdraw your consent at any time; this removes any Google Analytics cookies already set and shows the notice again.
• Your browser lets you block or delete cookies for any site. Blocking the sr_consent cookie means the notice will appear on each visit.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We may update this Cookie Policy when the cookies we use change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
